Our return policy is 15 days from the date of receipt of the article. To initiate return please drop us an email at info@sadhuhandmadenaturals.com and we will send you the return address. Once the article is received in our warehouse we will initiate refund or offer exchange as per your preference. Please note shipping charges and any customs duty charged will not be refunded.

We use DHL and Fedex for all international shipments and DTDC or Blue Dart for domestic shipments.

We have a flat fee of $40 irrespective of the number of pieces that you buy or the destination. In case a certain area is not served by DHL or Fedex we will let you know and process refund.
